Waterfront Place is very close to the centre of Chelmsford! But it’s secluded away on peaceful Springfield Basin so watch this video that shows how to reach us from the train, bus station, and High Street.
Walking
We’re a 5 minute walk from the City Centre. Look for signs for ‘Springfield Basin’ .
There is a cut-through from Springfield Road next to Strong’s Coffee (opposite the Tesco Bus Stop)
Follow the path, cross Wharf Road, and look for the boats.
CyclE
There is plenty of cycle parking including some that’s covered and monitored by CCTV.
Bus
We’re less than a mile from the bus station and our closest stops are by Tesco or on the Parkway between the Army/Navy and Odeon Roundabouts.
Car
